- I can’t lie, had MJ, Kobe, LeBron, Steph, KD, etc lost a series to a team who lost their best player and starting point guard in game 4 while having home court advantage over that team, they’d get slayed. ESPECIALLY if they shot 44% from the field for the series being perimeter players, so imagine a big man shooting 44% — that’s worse. Losing to a team full of role players while you had your all-star teammate with you and it wouldn’t have mattered who defended them or how they were being defended either. The media would’ve told them to figure it out. They’re Americans, though — so they don’t get that privilege of shit not being addressed all over I guess. That’s all I’ll say about that.
