@ImYouthSoccer My son got on the list without paying…it’s just that they wouldn’t show you the details of how he was rated without paying. When they are accurate, a good business model for sure.

@HeathAngelbeck The field is a classroom. And the coach is the teacher. Good teachers set classroom standards, culture and communicate. Kids that are following the curriculum should be rewarded with game time. The others might need tutoring in training. I don’t run the same 11 out every game.

My buddies complain about players, yet run the same 11 out for every game. Want a player to stop booting it? Don’t start them. Want a player to stop trying to dribble 5 players? Sub them. Kids aren’t changing their behaviors if they constantly get rewarded for those behaviors.

After talking to the teacher, I found out that the students drove 100% of the learning on this. A great example of a teacher creating a space that honors student voice and choice. Students will remember what they learned for years!

I learned a lot from the Salmon Creek 3rd graders today. They built their own models of the Webb space telescope as part of a science lesson. What a great experience. Fabulous depth of knowledge when I asked endless questions. #huskylearning

Just caught my daughter typing on her device well after her bedtime. Her explanation when caught was, “I have so much on my plate but I want to do more.I want to run for (student body) Vice President”. Thanks for being a role model for so many @KamalaHarris.
