Surely not issuing someone with a disabled bus pass who clearly meets the criteria due to having a driving license is disability discrimination? Not all disabilities after the ability to drive and not everyone that has a license drives! #DisabilityRights

@HeatherCurrie18 I told them that going to the tribunal would be too much for me so I've given them as much evidence as possible

Its mad. The DWP sent all the evidence they have that will go to my pip tribunal and there is a letter in there from a disability analyst that led me to going on UC limited capability to work and work related activity that i havent seen before.

@JacobPeoplee Mine lasted all of 5 minutes they just asked a few questions and then told me to wait outside while they made a decision next minute I know I walked out with a massive backdate
