@sphynxkennedy Interesting as I am currently writing something about this and often talk to clients about it in my practice. Loneliness is a huge issue and eating together increasingly rare. If we eat together - say at work, we are also likely to take a longer break which is helpful

I read this and can't help but call to mind work on sleep loss and ensuing loneliness/social withdrawal. Does eating together benefit health among the sleep-deprived, or is sleep-deprived togetherness at meal times as good as eating alone? I wonder... sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

@sianwilliams100 @wesstreeting @dcopuk @BPSOfficial Include those of us in @UKCP and @bacp. Psychotherapy training is arduous and expensive which by default excludes many who would be amazing therapists but just cannot afford it. Also make it easier for us to be able to work within the NHS.

Hi @wesstreeting. You want to recruit 8,500 #mentalhealth professionals for better, faster access to help. At the @dcopuk @BPSOfficial conf. some counselling psychologists said they paid £35k+ to train. That’s prohibitive. Can we talk about good, accessible training paths?
