When you are plotting a drive to Abergavenny and the routes gives you two options. The decider is the route that takes you to Gloucester Services. If you know you know!

@LucyGoBag It’s appalling and gives anyone who might be prosecuted the time to walk away if they haven’t already

@LucyGoBag While no fan of the conservative government two things, labour have been power for five minutes. The conservatives did pump huge amounts of money in but issue seems to be about who is responsible - and that is a can of worms. Plus fire engineer arguments over what is/isn’t safe

Years ago I came to the desperate conclusion that the Conservative Govt really did not care if more people died in their flats and stairways. Today I have come to the reluctant conclusion that Labour Govt do not either
Olympic Park Homes Action Group@OlympicHomes_AG

This is the risk hundreds of thousands of us live with! The Government, fire service, local authorities & building owners continue to treat fire safety defects with so little urgency! Make our homes safe @getliving #Dagenham #BuildingSafetyCrisis

They came after me with the cat lady shit too. So please just sit down & listen. Misogyny is one of the deadliest weapons on earth. Misogyny is electoral interference. Misogyny is a national security threat so lethal we can’t even see it. theguardian.com/commentisfree/…

@hannahrosewens It’s an excellent piece, well done. The noise is easing everyone’s ambient stress levels which when already stressed is a problem.

one of the most british opinion pieces you will ever read in a newspaper (naturally the comment section is united with me): i wrote about deciding to tell people playing content on their phone out loud on public transport to put their headphones in theguardian.com/commentisfree/…

@AgnesAyton Pros, you will likely have a lot of work Cons, the logistics of running a private practice are significant. You will be the accountant, IT person, debt chaser, marketeer, insurance company liaison, secretary and more

Thinking about setting up a private practice for second opinions, as there is no system within the NHS. What are the pros and cons?

@sphynxkennedy Interesting as I am currently writing something about this and often talk to clients about it in my practice. Loneliness is a huge issue and eating together increasingly rare. If we eat together - say at work, we are also likely to take a longer break which is helpful

I read this and can't help but call to mind work on sleep loss and ensuing loneliness/social withdrawal. Does eating together benefit health among the sleep-deprived, or is sleep-deprived togetherness at meal times as good as eating alone? I wonder... sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

Hi @wesstreeting. You want to recruit 8,500 #mentalhealth professionals for better, faster access to help. At the @dcopuk @BPSOfficial conf. some counselling psychologists said they paid £35k+ to train. That’s prohibitive. Can we talk about good, accessible training paths?
