@juchan1006 toggles on remote display mode and should activate display over the HDMI port to the secondary screen. You can use a TV if you don't have an actual computer monitor in a pinch.

@juchan1006 This is actually a super simple workaround. I know that laptop very well. (I own one similar). Boot the system and connect the HDMI port on the side to a TV or other screen, as the system boots, hit the FN key next to alt on the bottom left of the keyboard AND F5. This >>>>

@MagnusMothVT Sanity check with direct cable from modem to PC, rule out there being a router issue. Flush your DNS resolver (ipconfig /flushdns) on command line. If you are using Cable or Fiber, contact your ISP and ask them to "reprovision your connection".
