Early #NHS1000miles update as about to do a round trip to Nottingham to drop my daughter and granddaughters home. Runs 16.11 km Walks 20.48 km Exercise bike 5.50 km Cross trainer 11.45 km 53.54 km gives 33 miles and 285 miles ytd. Difficult week due to sore hips and knees
