Fab first 2 days for our Outer #Hebrides group, with leaping Common Dolphins in the Minch + nice views of Hen Harrier, W.T. Eagle, Red-necked Phalarope & Ruff so far. Lesser Yellowlegs an unexpected bonus, as was bumping into a female Surf Scoter. Fabulous place! @ScottishBirding

Just back from another fantastic @heatherleabirds week on Cyprus. Some photos here, despite my camera being mainly on the blink. A good selection of scarce & rare migrants this year – thanks to @birdsaroundcy for keeping the news coming

Superb morning in Finland with @Heatherleabirds amazing views of Siberian Jay, Pine Grosbeak and Siberian Tit. We’ve also seen the recently split Willow Grouse from the road.

Tigers certainly delivered at Bandavgarh during our recent @heatherleabirds ‘Birds, Tigers & Taj’ tour. Tigers were seen on 5 of 6 of our jeep safaris, with 7 sightings involving 13 individuals.

Autumn Migration in action and multiple eagle sightings were just two of the highlights for last week's Outer #Hebrides group. A last gasp Cattle Egret a few minutes before taking the ferry home was a nice surprise too! #rarity #birding

That's 2 weeks of #Shetland tours all wrapped up, with plenty of quality 'sibes' enjoyed by both groups. Top billing goes to Scotland's first Eastern Crowned Warber, while showy Little Bunting & Barred Warbler (both pictured) were nice birds to finish on. @chrisrodger74

Great start to our latest #Shetland tour. Showy Pechora Pipit straight off the plane and a group find Bluethroat the highlights so far. Easterlies forecast for the rest of the week too...🤞#birding

Autumn Tree Swallow gatherings are an iconic part of Cape May birding. Incredibly, this is just a small flock as enjoyed by our current group 🇺🇸

Steady passage & nice views of some 'awkward' birds on our new Cape May 'fall' migration tour so far. From our 1st day - Northern Parula & Yellow-billed Cuckoo around the peninsula bushes and Bald Eagle & Black Skimmer performing near our beachside hotel!

Our current 'Outer Limits' tour enjoyed great views of Crossbills and Eagles in a visit to #Deeside earlier this week. Just back from 3 days in the Outer #Hebrides, a juvenile Semi-palmated Sandpiper was a nice rarity bonus for the group! HP & AR

With 18 species of raptor (so far...) it really has been "eyes to the skies" for our Southern Sweden group. Two male Pallid Harriers & a Lesser Spotted Eagle the highlights of recent days, with great views of White-tailed Eagle, Common Crane & White Stork too.

An amazing Orca experience during the @heatherleabirds Orkney High Summer trip. On Hoy we spent 3 hours continually watching this group of 11 hunting and playing. As we left the island, they came leaping towards, then right under the ferry. Fantastic!
