Finally my deadlift is feeling back “into the groove”
Supposed to be RPE 10 for 2 reps, did 190kg x 3 with maybe one in the tank.
I’m still a little reluctant to go flat out in case something pings but I’ll take this as I managed 175 for 3 last week and it was tough!
