@SlaterHogg when they rang up almost immediately became abusive down the phone then said they had to go. Again, they rang me. Were abusive. Hung up. @CountrywideUK never came back to me. Both companies are liars, with terrible customer service, and are attempting to grift money.

@SlaterHogg rang up to say they sent a letter to my landlord and they didn’t get a reply in writing. This is what they mean by ‘your landlord advised us..’. @CountrywideUK are sending out junk mail and making rent decision without either renters or landlords say so

@CountrywideUK supporting @SlaterHogg are essentially brokers for landlords and renters. They take rent from renters and pay it int landlords’ accounts. Here is an account of how they are doing a bad job 1/
