Partisan movement is growing in Russia. A Belarusian locomotive of a freight train was derailed in Russia's Bryansk region due to a track explosion, regional governor Alexander Bogomaz said. Reportedly, the locomotive was carrying oil products to supply the Russian army. Two locomotives and seven rail cars derailed. The other cars were moved to a safe distance. No injuries were reported.
