Playstation 2 moment, irl

The contrast between Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 9 Requiem is really fun to look at. (But it also illustrates my frustration with RE9's color palette)

Stayed up late to beat Resident Evil 9 Requiem (no regrets). It's a perfect mix of horror and action, Grace's segments are intense while Leon's are dumb fun. My only nitpicks are the color palette, and at times it feels like the team leans a little too hard into nostalgia bait.

Also, I love Grace Ashcroft. She must be protected at all costs.

Didn't care much for the Super Mario Galaxy Movie. I don't think the ridiculous amount of references make up for the lack of plot but maybe that's just me.

Project Hail Mary is absolutely fantastic. Extremely recommended

Two years of work gone... just like that

Finally, it's here! The Oral History of Guitar Hero, Rock Band and the Music Game Boom from Read-Only Memory, this means a lot to me because GH and RB are the games that would eventually inspire me to become a game developer myself.

Happy new year! Here is my top 10 games of 2025 no one ever really asks about but I still post every year. Interesting year for RPGs although the only big surprise for me this year were both Dispatch and Hundred Line.

In more positive thoughts, digimon Time stranger was amazing, it is everything I wanted it to be and I’m sad I already finished it. I feel empty now.

I finally beat Red Dead Redemption 2 after so many years, for some reason it didn't click with me at first, but I gave it another try and I was HOOKED. Brilliant and beautiful game, easily one of the best written games I've ever played. Masterpiece!
