Yes. I was too shy to tell my mom and siblings at that time my elder sister had just given birth, i was secretly using her baby wipes to hold the blood, that was how they eventually found out,they discovered it, the yelled at me and asked why i felt the need to hide something that from them, it was a very embarrassing moment for me 😔

Ever since I started noticing and understanding the mistakes I made on X (like bad posts, wrong timing, or engaging with the wrong crowd, coping and pasting my comments on same posts posted by different mutuals, mass following, scrolling too fast on small accounts timelines, ignoring my feeder and focusing more on big accounts comment sections etc..), I've made a point to never repeat them. Once I'm aware of what went wrong, I learn from it fast and fix it for good, no second chances for the same slip-up.
