I had a heart attack in 2015 & spent a year & a half working my ass off to make some positive changes in my life. FB memories like this mornings are a nice reminder of some of the good that came from the scariest day of my life. ❤️

Master class in how politicians lie.
His defense is that the tax will only occur for gains above $250K for individuals but he knows well that many/most doctors in Canada are incorporated so they will get the extra tax in full.

Trudeau is asked about the Canadian Medical Association statement about doctors and capital gains... he rants about fairness To make it 'fair', add a 33% tax increase across the board to all public sector pension payments, including his! Doctors might agree that is fair

A three-year renewed residency will not undermine the profession, creating a gap year. There won’t be a gap year without graduates. Full stop. It will happen gradually starting in 2027.

I predict that extending family doctors' residencies by one year will further drive students away from our specialty.
Want family docs to be better? Train them together, 2yrs, in a team environment in rural Canada with seasoned mentors who do it all.

This is a FALSE positive "STEMI" and this ECG has several patterns screaming for a non-ischemic cause (regardless of baseline demographics or clinical presentation). The OMI AI Queen of Hearts was trained to catch these and confidently reports Not OMI.
