@airfrance If more passengers had a case closed for the wrong reasons. In my case v The CS agent lied to and said I hadn’t filled a PIR in the airport send me a DM. we have passengers right and I am submitting a complaint through AESA. If more people insist maybe @airfrance will listen

@airfrance It doesn’t work. You have unlawfully closed a complaint. I have tried WhatsApp to reopen the casa. The final answer was to respond back to the email where you closed my complaint. I have done so already but you don’t answer. I feel like you try to fraud you passengers.

@SahaybB72777 @airfrance Airfrance has not paid me either for delayed suitcases this was in December and know they closed the case saying that I newer submitted a PIR in the airport regardless of me sharing all the information several times. I am desperate @airfrance should follow the law

@airfrance @AirFrance I had delayed luggage and 3 damaged suitcases delivered after delay. No compensation has been provided to date. This claim is made under the Montreal Convention. Please advise immediate next steps via DM to resolve and process compensation.
