At #FINAS2026, Wairimu Munyinyi-Wahome, Country Director of Heifer International Kenya, called for financing models built around production cycles, trusted data, functioning markets, and shared risk. Farmers, cooperatives, and agri-enterprises should not remain excluded because their businesses do not fit conventional lending models.
