@STLBicycleLobby Looks like there’s some litigation involved with next hearing scheduled for 11/9/20. I found this after looking into a vacant building at Connecticut and Portis with the same owner.

Well this is a bummer; 2751 Chippewa, a beautiful three story brick building, adjacent to the multi-million dollar historic rehab of 2755 Chippewa, is slated for demolition.
