Here’s a truth about Debra Wilson.
She gets hired because she cares about her performance, and she’s easy to work with.
This doesn’t explain why so many characters she plays are modeled after her (how many Troy Baker characters are made to look like him?) but the fact of the matter is, she’s cast because she’s got good relationships with casting directors, behaves professionally through and through and gives 100%.
