No começo usava o Notes da Apple mesmo. Depois fui para o clássico caderninho e caneta. Esse ajudou bastante na distração. Hoje estou no Notion app pois acho mais fácil organizar os tópicos, também costumo deixar o celular no Bedtime(Android) ou Focus mode(iOS).

Incrível como em muitos casos é o paciente que faz a terapia. Comecei a tomar notas de tudo que quero levar em cada sessão. E no geral, a conversa tem sido bastante proveitosa, reflexiva e edificante.
