Great piece on @HelenCho's badass career far. Also if you haven't seen her HBO show 'Takeout with Lisa Ling' it's fantastic. Loved the ep on Little Saigon, it made me so nostalgic for good Viet food and eloquently told the story of Viet culture there old and new.
