I asked for the console bk, had an independent computer technician look into the accused problem to which i was met with the fact that the console could not have been broken by us, it was a fault with the device. Nintendo have now voided the warranty!!

I hAve a switch lite console that has broken due to no fault of ours, nintendo then made up a false accusation that my daughter had broken it, which was false. They then asked that I pay a fee of £137 to get the console fixed when it hadnt been broken by us in the first place.

Absolutely discusted with @NintendoUK DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM THEM. The customer service I received was appalling and to ask that I pay a fee to fix a console that wasnt broken by my daughter, but an actual fault with the console is absolutely diabolical!

Two tickets for sale for 17th Sept, Sheffield City Hall for the @EverlyPregnant just wanting what I paid for em, sadly cant go now 😢
