Final touches taking place for this evening’s State Banquet! 🍴🌷
The table has been decorated with handpicked seasonal flowers and foliage from the gardens at Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and The Savill Garden in Windsor Great Park.
🌼 After the Banquet, the flowers that cannot be reused are donated to Floral Angels, of which The Queen is Patron. The charity delivers flowers to hospices, elderly care homes, shelters, and many other deserving beneficiaries within the local community.

I have just had the worst shift in 8 years.
So many worried people. The diagnostic uncertainty for this IS SO BLOODY HARD.

The lack of clarity over prophylaxis - and no provision for kids under 12 to get it. (They took our cipro stock away cos now a local UKHSA hub)

The leader of the Rotherham grooming gang, Banaras Hussain, has been released.
Hussain raped 15 11-year-old girls for 10 years.
He ripped out the nails of girls who tried to escape.
The court found a total of 55 crimes.

🚨 This is very important. Today the government will unveil its Land Use Framework. It is based on and aligned with the UN Agenda 2030 sustainable development goals. Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), Goal 13 (Climate Action), Goal 15 (Life on Land) This is not about protecting the countryside. It’s about redefining land itself ! how it is used,what it is worth, and who ultimately decides what you can do with it. Under these frameworks, land is no longer simply owned, it is measured, categorised, and managed against central net zero targets. And once that happens, it can be restricted, steered, used to offset and of course monetise. The language will sound all fluffy and virtuous, but the reality is total control of all land.
