This is due to the complete denial of the problem in Hungary, no testing available, all basic precautions lifted. Fortunately #VaccinesWork and I hope they get over this fine. Now, instead of having a great family time, I get into caretaker mode #SCCM2022

I was travelling home to Hungary yesterday evening, so missed most of the #SCCM2022 action on Tuesday, due to the time differences. Arrived home to a #COVID19 infested household, where my parents were not even aware of the cause of their illness.

I should be celebrating a very good news tonight. Instead I have a feeling of “who cares”? Desperately trying to scramble positive thoughts. Kind of scary that I’m looking forward to almost 96hrs solid ICU cover as at least my mind will be occupied. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️
