If you’re bad at this, don’t be hard on yourself; most of us haven’t done fractional math since the fourth grade. I make my reconstitutions as easy as possible for easy dosing. For all four of the examples below, I’ll use 2 mL of bacteriostatic water per vial across. This gives you clean draws that land on readable marks on your syringe. HCG (5000 IU vial): 250 IU per 0.1 mL Tesamorelin (10 mg vial): 0.5 mg per 0.1 mL MOTS-C (10 mg vial): 0.5 mg per 0.1 mL Melanotan 1 (10 mg vial): 0.5 mg per 0.1 mL That’s the easy part. The reconstitution math is the same for everyone, the dosing is not. I’m not going to hand out dosing advice willy-nilly. I don’t know what your bloodwork looks like. I don’t know what your metabolic health looks like. And, I don’t know what you’re actually trying to accomplish with any of these. Anyone who gives you a personalized dosing number without knowing those three things is guessing, and you’re the one absorbing the consequences of the guess. What I’ll give you is common dosing, not your dosing: HCG on TRT runs commonly at 250 IU three times a week. Tesamorelin runs anywhere from 250 mcg to 1 mg per day. MOTS-C is commonly used between 1 mg and 5 mg, three times a week. Start low. Melanotan 1 works very well at 500 mcg a day, especially if you’re getting some sun. ☀️ Those are ranges and starting points, not prescriptions.
