AS most you know i played for @x6tence in slo last season. Firstly i had to take pictures to to the slo which had a price of 100 euros, I never got paid back for this and I was promised to do so. This is just a small part of what they owe me. Next part below.

Was cutting and slowly building muscles for the past 7 months (1800-2400 kcal) Gonna start a lean bulk in 3 weeks Currently at 71kg let's see how much muscle I can gain till next summer Aiming for 75-77 kg with the same bf %

@nikles_ I whould think 3-4 kg lean muscle is the maximum u can gain whitin a year , but keep IT up

Fastest time since I've started running again. Damn does it feel good to get in the mix again. Aiming to hit 35m by the end of August if I can keep this up
