The conversion price has been calculated at 0.5007p and this represents a discount of approximately 20%. Applications have been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to become effective on 20 August 2025.

Pursuant to the passing of the Resolution, the £10 m Investment Agreement announced 18 July will now complete subject to closing formalities. #HE1 will launch a retail offer to existing shareholders via the Winterflood Retail Access Platform to raise up to £1m.

#HE1 is pleased to announce that at a General Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today, a Resolution was passed authorising the Directors to allot Ordinary Shares on a non-pre-emptive basis.
