@HelixHeat @VietecHeating @pbplumber Try midland corrosion service, Dr Phil Munn, the reports they do are excellent but not cheap. You could send to chemical company as they are usually good but will add a recommendation at the end and it usually fails unless they detect own chemicals.

@VietecHeating @pbplumber @thoroughflush 2/2 it was a complete new system 4 years ago, flushed with sentinel x300 and dosed with x100. Aluminium heat exchanger, steel rads and plastic pipe throughout. 2 towel rails were retained which were reflushed last year.

Spec is 10mm loops for the radiators. Builder chased out for us ahead of time. Maybe he thought it was 64mm loops

@PHDS8 @hurney86 As far as I'm aware (may be wrong) Worcester can have white external so long as air duct joints are sealed with mastic. Doesn't stop it looking cack though.
