𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐏 🏆 The first presentation evening in almost 10 years took place at the social club last night, with plenty of awards being dished out to players and volunteers alike. 🎊 As well as picking up the Spartans Fans Player of the Season, having won with nearly 75% of the vote, goalkeeper Callum Dobson also picked up the Players’ Player of the Season.🧤 Defender Charlie Stirland who joined the club in November from Newton Aycliffe, picked up the Young Player of the Season award, following a superb few months with Spartans.🌟 Midfield maestro Paul Van-Zandvliet scooped up the top scorer award, following his hat-trick heroics on the final day of the season at Bishop Auckland. 🚐 Jack Foalle picked up the Billy Fenwick award, having notched the most assists across the 2025/26 campaign. As well as that, Jack also picked up the Spartans Trust Player of the Season (formerly Green Army POTS) following the impact he’s had on the team since joining in November, with his superb work rate on display from day one. 🙌 Recognition Awards were also awarded to Chairman Kevin Miles and Club Secretary Colin Blackett, for their efforts over the last 12 months. 👏 Awards were also presented to Ian Hertwick, Karen Hertwick, Anth Seghini and Pete Thompson for their superb work in the club store since taking that back over 18 months ago. 🏬 Winning the Goal of the Season vote was young midfielder Zach Simpson, who’s strike against Grimsby Borough in January won with 45% of the vote. ⚽️ Finally, the unsung hero award went to goalkeeper coach Phil Hogg - for being an ever present positive around the club throughout a season of ups and downs, being an excellent link between the first team and the juniors and for being absolutely superb with supporters, often going out of his way to help. 💚 Well done to everyone who picked up an award! 🏆 #HowayBlyth🟢⚪️
