Been trying to login to my @HelloFreshUK account all weekend to change my order. PW not accepted, so request login without PW, apparently U send me an email link! Not one link has been received, have tried way too many times. I am now going to receive food I do want or need. What do u suggest?

@HelloFreshUK We order vegetarian meals - have done for a year. Today we got delivered a Korean Stir Fry labelled ‘Veggie’, but one ingredient was oyster sauce - labelled with allergens for molluscs. Customer service on the phone said we should check every ingredient… ridiculous
