Really disappointed that @HelloFreshUK think £3.48 is adequate “compensation” for 2 packs of halloumi missing from my box, that also have to go out and buy at huge inconvenience seeing as I can’t drive. It’s £2 a pack min, they shouldn’t be making money off missed ingredients

@HelloFreshUK can you tell me how to opt out of your sales people knocking on my front door. I wish to opt-out of this as it’s more invasive than an email. You’ve sent your sales people what feels like only a couple of weeks apart. It’s getting irritating and I do not want to have to keep telling you I do not want your service over and over. @HelloFreshUK so I take a break because of getting a few boxes with missing ingredients. Only to get my first box again to find a missing pepper and rotten spinach. These boxes aren't cheap, I used to love hellofresh but the quality has really slipped.
