This week first grade students are learning about 3D figures, third grade students are learning how temperature & precipitation affect animal migration, and kindergarten students learned about bees.🐝

Helms’ 3-5 Literacy Team went to Travis Elementary for an opportunity to lead a writing professional development session for other area reading teachers! Congrats Ms. Tenorio, Ms. Sanchez, & Ms. Rosas! We are Leading Writing! ✏️

Last week, second grade Eagles were learning how to write repeated addition equations & fifth grade Eagles learned how to solve for area & volume. Science classes enjoyed learning outdoors with Ready-to-Grow Garden Day!🌱🥕
