@RoyalMail And as for tracking up dates. Because of your devious behaviour of your postman he scanned it twice to say it's been delivered two mins after scanning to say he collected. Unprofessional in every way possible

@RoyalMail anyone actually there???? I sent some mgs about a collection that was not collected. I tried calling your c/service but 60 m wait time put me off. Postman scanned label but didn't take parcel I was sending. Then scanned it again to say it was delivered. It's still here

@RoyalMail had email to say my parcel could not be delivered & you would try tomorrow. Walked outside & watched the postmen drive off in the van! I have 3 dogs that bark when someone's at the door. Did not even come through my gate, let alone knock on my door! #Uselessservice
