Absolutely fuming, @PayPalUK had me send a faulty product back in a dispute, I even send photos of it not working and they've refused my dispute so now I don't have the product OR the refund

@PayPal @PayPalUK utterly useless Literally report a fraudulent use of my account to customer services as it’s happening with name and address of criminal and you still allow the transaction to go through

Used @PayPalUK for years without an issue, i then get scammed and they refuse to help or protect me. @AskPayPal I wish to make a formal complaint immediately please

@PayPalUK so after numerous phone calls etc paypal still refuse to refund me £939.99 for an item that ive returned to the seller and he hasnt refunded me this is not on considering ill be paying interest on top due to using paypal credit absolute joke!!!!!!!

Last night I received my first donation! And @PayPalUK seems to have decided that, that warrants closing my entire account with no chance to appeal, and no information allowed to be given to me! Has anyone else experienced this?

@PayPalUK @AskPayPal horrendous customer service, been trying to talk to someone for the past month but the lines are always closed (way behind your closing time), a link sent by you (twice) in which I cannot login because you blocked me, what a joke!!
