Begging kemetist accounts to do literally anything other than fighting with fringe groups How about you read books and share cool tidbits from history instead of endlessly churning out slop raging at randos.

@TDawg936 A couple of years ago, all the "i'm so autistic!!!" crowd, esp women, saw identified with other disorders anxiety, depression, and BPD. Autism is just the latest fad :)

@TDawg936 To be completely serious, I don't think I'm autistic and I find it to be a very off putting trend. A lot of people claiming to be autistic aren't. But I find myself looking at the "neurodivergent" crowd and going "oh I do that". I think it's pure pop psych.

Arabisation was not settler colonialism. Instead, it was akin to Hellenisation of the Near East after Alexander’s conquests. Settler colonialism—as in Israel—involves population replacement, of the indigenous population with the settler population. All the Arabic speaking populations you highlight—Moroccans, Lebanese, Sudanese, etc —are indigenous to their respective countries. There was never any such process of population replacement of Levantine, North African, etc peoples by peninsular Arabs. There was some mixing, but that is not the same thing and it doesn’t constitute most or close to most of the ancestry of any of the peoples. Also Somalis don’t speak Arabic generally. They speak Somali. Not sure why they’re highlighted.

No but I really can't tolerate these kind of posts. Also no offense, but only Iranians can help themselves. If you think otherwise then you haven't paid attention to regional politics aftermath following US intervention.

POV: You never talked to a) Nigerians b) Greek c) Portuguese d) Italians e) Ethiopians f) Nubians
leo 🌴@leolcnyj

@KaramaSeal (Northern) Whites literally claim Greek, Portuguese and Italian achievements It’s fair that a Nigerian could claim Ethiopian and Nubian history as well

@MOUSA_A_I @SantaI_wood Ancient Nubia is very very under researched unfortunately, their language still hasn't been decoded and historians are reliant on what Ancient Egyptians wrote about them to understand their civilisation iirc. One day this will change

@SantaI_wood This is a real issue I've been reading about ancient Egyptian history for about seven years now & I still don't understand how the relationships work honestly 😂 But mostly it's times of peace times of war, times of brotherhood Egypt's history is vast so we don't fully grasp it
