@greateranglia hello! I'm on the train from Norwich arriving Ipswich 1909 but delayed behind the train from Cambridge. Need to get on that train to get to Cambridge at Ipswich. It'll be tight. Any chance the train can be held for a man with a yellow suitcase?

@greateranglia The train was not held at all! It left exactly on time! It's an hour to wait and it makes making my commitment really tight at Cambridge! Did you get confirmation that they were going to hold the train because the platform staff know nothing about train holding.
