@AirFranceUK In regards to the claim, I am more than 200% sure that it was submitted. That’s why I have a Claim Ref Number at hand. I’m really sorry but your service has been appalling! I’m shocked how you function as an airline with such little regard to customers luggage.

@AirFranceUK Hello, no that’s not true unfortunately. Only one bag was delivered yesterday, a whole 8 days post landing on your flight! Second bag has not yet been delivered.

@AirFranceUK @AirFranceUK you telling me that because the luggage was lost on the way back to my permanent address you will not compensate items I have had to buy. It’s outrageous I’ve had to buy new toiletries, makeup and warm winter clothes to wear during the days that you lost my luggage!
