Everything I know about why eCommerce brands hit a wall at $30K per month in ad spend and how to break through it. The pattern is always the same: a brand scales to $20K to $30K per month in ad spend. > ROAS is good. > They increase budget. > ROAS drops. > They pull back. > Try again. > Same result. > Stuck. The reason: at $20K to $30K per month, Meta has mostly exhausted the warm audience. Solution-aware, product-aware, and most-aware people who are ready to buy have been reached. When budget increases, Meta starts reaching problem-aware and unaware people who are not ready to buy. Those people see a product-aware ad and it means nothing to them. They do not know they have the problem your product solves. > The ad is irrelevant. > Click-through rates drop. > Conversion rates drop. > ROAS drops. The fix is not better ads. It is different ads for different people. Build unaware ads that plant the seed. "You are at risk of [problem] without knowing it." Build problem-aware ads that name the pain. "The reason you [experience] is not what you think." Build these BEFORE you scale budget. Then scale. When Meta reaches colder audiences, there is an ad waiting for them at their stage of awareness. The second lever: ensure your bid cap campaign is ready. Take top spending winners and push them through a bid cap CBO. This ensures volume scales on your proven performers while the main campaign covers the full funnel. The third lever: your conversion rate. At $30K per month in spend, small conversion rate improvements have massive impact. Going from 2% to 4% doubles the revenue from the same traffic. Fix the landing page, the offer, and the checkout experience before pouring more money into the top. The brands that break through $30K per month are the ones that stop treating budget as the solution and start treating funnel coverage as the strategy.

These 10 Claude Code skills are completely insane 🤯 Competitor audits, creative briefs, 20 hook variations, ad copy, static ads, and weekly performance reports. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still prompting Claude from scratch every time — re-explaining your brand voice, re-describing your brief format, and spending 30 minutes before Claude even starts doing useful work. If you're running the same creative workflows every week but starting from zero in every Claude session... These skills eliminate the entire loop: → Competitor Ad Research Agent: Drop a brand name, get a full creative audit: hooks, messaging angles, ad formats, CTAs, and "steal this" angles. No more scrolling the Ad Library for an hour. → Creative Brief Generator: One prompt, complete brief in your exact template. Hooks, concepts, visual direction, brand voice: all loaded from your own files. → Hook & Script Writer: 15+ hooks categorized by type (curiosity, problem-agitation, result-first, social proof). Full 30-60s scripts with hook → problem → mechanism → proof → CTA baked in. → Ad Copy Variation Engine: Feed it one winning ad, get 20 variations: each targeting a different persona and pain point. Same structure, different angles. Creative fatigue solved. → Weekly Report Writer: Drop in your Meta ads CSV. Get the narrative summary, anomaly flags, creative fatigue alerts, and recommended next steps. The report nobody wants to write, done in 60 seconds. → Creative Fatigue Detector: Flags ads before they die. CTR trending down, frequency climbing, conversion rate dropping: caught in hours, not after three days of wasted spend. No re-explaining your brand in every session. No inconsistent output across your team. No prompting from scratch when the workflow is the same every time. 10 skills., copy-paste straight into your Claude Code. They just work. Want the full Skills Pack for free? > Like this post > Comment "SKILLS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

1. Not really because 3 banks are already in talks with the Central Bank to become onramp/offramp legitimate platforms. For that you must know where the money comes from. It will make it possible to bridge the gap between local banks and crypto. 2. Meru and all non-resident platforms are part of the 5k/year limit before declaration is mandatory

Paraguay has just made it mandatory to declare crypto holdings or operations in excess of 5.000$ per year. For all residents. Here is what it means for you: 1. This regulation does not alter or affect taxation at all, it's purely about declaration 2. Thanks to this declaration, you will be able to transparently report your crypto transactions and eventually it will be possible to bank crypto in Paraguayan banks 3. The requirement is to disclose the type of operation, the date and the cryptos/tokens involved 4. Operating your crypto transactions through a US LLC or other offshore structures still does not cause any filing requirements (but avoiding the declaration is counterproductive as still, it makes you come out clean about your holdings) 5. In order to do this declaration, you will need a RUC

I’m thinking of pulling the trigger on a SECOND flat in Asuncion 🇵🇾 They’re building a HUGE artificial beach in a gated community a few minutes away from the city… and man does it look appealing With crypto being the way it is right now, I’m tempted to just park some of my money there and have access to water in the Paraguayan summer

⚡️What Triggers a Taxable Event for Crypto Capital Gains in Portugal?💰🇵🇹 A taxable event refers to an action that must be reported to authorities. However, reporting doesn’t always mean you’ll owe taxes. Losses and crypto capital gains that are held longer than 365-days have to be reported but in most cases won´t be taxed. In Portugal, there are three main scenarios that trigger a taxable event for crypto capital gains: 1⃣Selling Crypto for Fiat Currency This is the most common scenario. If you bought cryptocurrency in the past and later sell it for fiat currency (e.g., euros, dollars or any other), it’s a taxable event. - Held for less than 365 days: Profits are taxed at 28%. - Held for more than 365 days: Profits are tax-free. 2⃣Using a Crypto Debit Card Using a crypto debit card triggers a taxable event differently from a crypto credit card. When you use a debit card, the card provider sells your crypto on your behalf to pay for the transaction. You’re responsible for reporting and paying any capital gains on those sales. 💳With a credit card, the taxable event happens when you repay the credit using crypto, not at the time of purchase. 3⃣Buying Goods or Services with Crypto When you use crypto directly to purchase goods or services, it’s treated like selling your crypto. For example, if you use $BTC to make a down payment on a Lamborghini, it’s taxed as though you sold your $BTC for euros to buy the car. This transaction must be reported to the Portuguese authorities. 📩If you have any questions, feel free to drop them in the comments below, and I’ll do my best to help!

@wilderko Pavol, the Digital Euro will be limited to €3000 per user and is not competing with cryptocurrencies. They built it so that Europe can have an alternative to US-based Visa, Mastercard and Paypal for retail payments.

The digital euro is essential to preserve the financial control of Europe and European citizens. Without the digital euro, not only the central bank, but also the EU states will lose financial control over the population. Especially if the population switches to decentralised cryptocurrencies. I agree to a tee with this statement. It will only push us all into a totalitarian, dystopian society.
European Central Bank@ecb

The digital euro is not just about creating a new form of money, says Chief Economist Philip R. Lane. It is about ensuring that Europe retains control over its monetary and financial destiny in the digital age against a backdrop of increasing geopolitical fragmentation.

Good leaders would never, ever, try to settle a peace agreement by kneeling down the other part. Specially if they invite them to their house. Because good leaders are diplomats, and bad leaders are bullies.
