This is a bit special because it’s in person! I’m going… are you? ❤️

@LiamJarvis @Uni_of_Essex @TaPRA_ Thanks so much Liam - for all of it, but also for somehow materialising in person whenever technology issues got a bit REAL. I hope the beginning of term is kind to you. X

Bidding farewell to our guests at #TaPRA22. Shattered & giddy after three inspiring days of your research & creativity. It’s been joyous & enormously worthwhile (to mark this ending our @Uni_of_Essex student assistants have repurposed signage blu tak into my likeness) @TaPRA_

Picnic dinner is prepared ☑️ for the @TaPRA_PG informal pre-conference social… I hope not to be alone, like this squirrel.

Good job I know where the tissues are in the @TaPRA_PG house! Thanks to Christina Vasileiou and Hannah Waters for an unexpectedly moving panel in the ‘bedroom’. ❤️

Took a floor-based position to listen to the #tapra21 Exec Curated Panel on Institutional (Anti)Racism. Really appreciative of the space afforded the panel and those of us listening, too. So much to take into the start of school next week. 🙏

I loved this proposition, too. Especially thought-provoking when you teach a ‘Masters’ programme which has ‘Mastery’ as a possible grading descriptor.

@TiaMoniqueUzor with a beautiful thought at this stunning #TaPRA21 panel - that being vulnerable when you teach is a way of refusing a position of mastery @TaPRA_
