I am grateful to have received the Honorable Mention from the New York International Film Awards, recognizing my documentary "The Wait" as the Best Documentary Short. My co-producer, @HenryZeris, and I worked extensively on this project to provide an intimate account of a breast cancer survivor's journey through infertility and surrogacy.
