Arrived in Nimes - so far so good. Prices 50% cheaper than Dijon and Reims. Chablis €20e a bottle versus €40e. Waiter two bottles of Chablis please !

Dijon - well worth a visit. Cold, dry and entertaining. Next stop Neims. Fingers crossed Lyon traffic will be light..
