We are in an Aaliyah season from July-August. We should focus less on replying to engagement bait and focus more on ratioing them by liking quote retweets and supporting tweets that uplift Aaliyah. She deserves full blown praise & powerful defense!

@aaliyahs_flower I feel like people are always looking for that light head voice and airy sound, which she does live as well, most of her live vocals she typically sings with her chest. Which we do hear in her songs! if you match the tones, they sound exactly the same as track. As it’s her voice!

“We Need A Resolution" underperformed commercially as a lead single simply because Aaliyah was years ahead of her time, and listeners still haven’t caught up to its futuristic sound.
