Stats same as previous years - woeful under-representation nevermind the 'more to do on diversity' and some of the teams have women in - give your a head wobble.

@HeraldArts @WeAreOpenreach @PostcodeLottery @iancarterIM While there is always more to do on diversity, I don't think that calculation is entirely fair - four of the 11 individual awards were won by women, while several of the titles which won team awards are edited by women.
