Drilling will focus on extending known mineralization in this direction and testing for continued system growth. ⛏️Leviathan's Footwall MT Anomaly (2,500 m) – Recent drilling at the northern extent of Leviathan has encountered increasing copper grades at depth (see previous news release dated Feb 4, 2026), approaching a deeper northeast-plunging magnetotelluric ("MT") anomaly that remains untested. At least two deep drill holes are planned to evaluate the source and significance of this anomaly. ⛏️Southern Flats Target (~3,000 m) – Southern Flats represents the largest and most robust geophysical anomaly identified on the Property to date. Defined through two phases of MT surveying, the target is characterized by a discrete, vertically extensive, cylindrical conductor situated directly along strike to the south of Leviathan. Approximately three deep drill holes are planned to test this target over a meaningful strike extent. ⛏️Pegasus Target (~3,000 m) – Located several kilometers southeast of Southern Flats, the Pegasus target exhibits a similar MT geophysical signature. A recently completed induced polarization ("IP") survey has also identified a coincident chargeability anomaly, significantly increasing confidence that Pegasus may represent an untested porphyry center. ⛏️The Hook Target (~1,000 m) – The Hook target is defined by a moderate conductivity anomaly that returned the strongest chargeability response from the 2026 IP survey. The magnitude of this response is comparable to that associated with the original Leviathan IP anomaly that led to the 2023 discovery hole HER-23-05. According to the IEA, the global copper market🌎 could face a 30% supply shortfall by 2035. According to the latest forecasts, peak copper production will be reached around 2027–2028. Meanwhile, analysts project nearly a doubling of copper demand by 2050. Copper is becoming one of the most vulnerable links in the supply chains powering electrification, AI, and global infrastructure. The problem? Copper supply cannot be scaled quickly. Declining ore grades, rising capital costs, and 20-year mine development timelines make new supply extremely difficult to bring online. Across the mining industry, the average timeline from discovery → production is ~16–18 years, and often much longer. Exploration → resource drilling → feasibility → environmental review → permitting → financing → construction. In other words: The copper mines the world will need in the 2030s must be discovered today. And they must be big—the kind of deposits capable of producing 250,000+ tonnes of copper per year for decades. In October 2023, Hercules Metals drilled the first deep hole into a major geophysical anomaly beneath the silver-bearing Hercules Rhyolite in western Idaho and made the Leviathan Copper Porphyry discovery. HER-23-05: 185.3 meters of 0.84% copper (Cu), 111 ppm molybdenum (Mo), and 2.6 g/t silver (Ag). Since discovery hole HER-23-05, we’ve drilled ~26,000 meters while systematically advancing our understanding of the system. Armed with two years of drilling and new high-resolution geophysics🧐, the 2026 drill campaign will test stronger targets than the original discovery, with ~80% of the defined target strike length still untested.
