When I visited Kangra and Chamba, the phenotype of population was quite different. Similar difference can be observed in Jammu plains and Kishtwar hills. Can this be attributed to presence of Khas tribe in hills @Gs_shekhawatt , @_Nrptanya_

Interesting, Dogra Rajputs of Jammu are genetically more closer to Kashmiri Pandits, Punjabi Kashmiris of Pakistan, avg Punjabi Hindus, Punjabi Khatris, Punjabi Brahmins, Punjabi Tarkhans & Punjabi Muslim Jatts than to their Pahadi Rajput counterparts & Rajasthan Rajputs.
