If I talk about something specific, that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s an issue in my life currently, but something that I’ve experienced and should’ve talked about sooner. I’m learning that opening up can be important, even if what I’m opening up about has already been solved, because others might be experiencing the things I’ve felt too. I avoided talking about so much for so long because talking about it felt pointless, but you need to express what you feel, and you don’t need a point to do that.
