Welcome back to Vietnam, Robert T. Kiyosaki @theRealKiyosaki . I am not sure if you have ever visited Ho Chi Minh City. If not, I would love to introduce you to this young and energetic city. When you first arrive, you might feel a little confused by the traffic. Millions of motorbikes move through the streets every day. To many Americans it may look chaotic at first. However, if you observe carefully or even join the flow of traffic, you will discover a surprisingly natural sense of order. As you explore the streets, you will quickly notice the city's vibrant coffee culture and its amazing street food. You do not need to go to luxury restaurants to enjoy great meals. On almost every corner you can find wonderful coffee and delicious local dishes served with warmth and friendliness. If you are choosing a place to stay, I recommend a hotel near Bach Dang Wharf Park. From there you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Saigon River and feel the rhythm of life along the river. In the morning you can take a walk along the riverside park, enjoy breakfast with a cup of Vietnamese coffee, and take a river bus along the Saigon River. It is a memorable experience for many visitors. More importantly, you will feel the friendliness, hospitality, and generosity of Vietnamese people. We have left war behind us. We are a nation that loves peace and continues to grow and improve every day. In the end every war is meaningless. Only peace can bring true happiness to people everywhere. We hope this message of peace will continue to spread so that no one has to lose their homes or their loved ones because of war again.

3rd trip back to Vietnam since war ended. Happy to report the Vietnamese economy is booming. Yet…Bittersweet memories of fellow pilots and classmates who never returned. I have returned three times since the war….seeking answers….I seek the truth….yet the more I seek the truth..I more I realize the truth lies buried under lies. War is about money….that tax payers fund and young men and women and families pay for with their lives. I know the war in Vietnam was about oil….just as today’s war in Iran is about oil. There is a great book written for those of you who seek truths about wars, past, present, and future. The book is Empire of Lies written by Charles Gouette. If you seek truths….please read Empire of Lies, and not do what I did, which was to serve in Vietnam twice, killing people who only wanted what we want….our freedom to create the best life possible for family, friends,and ourselves. Financial freedom begins with your freedom to know the truth. Is that why there is no real financial education in our schools? Do our schools not want us to know the truth? Please be a seeker of truths….not a victim blinded by lies. Take care.
