We just completed the Agent-to-Agent Communication feature. Function: Strategy agents can send "signals" to execution agents - for example, "ETH price is above $3,000, initiate a swap" - without you needing a manual relay. You still approve the transaction, but coordination between agents is automatic. How to use : • Open /agents → create two agents (e.g., "Strategy Agent" and "Execution Agent") • Go to Strategy Agent details → Links tab → add a link to "Execution Agent" • Still in Strategy Agent → Outbox tab → send signal (select type, fill in payload) • Go to Execution Agent details → Inbox tab → signal appears • Click Approve → automatically create a transaction plan in /approvals • Or click Dismiss to ignore the signal $HMOD $HOOD

Hermod is moving deeper into autonomous agent coordination. Policy Templates Function: Instead of resetting spend limits, allowed tokens, and allowed protocols from scratch every time you create a new agent, simply select a template and apply it. There are three defaults: Conservative (tight limit, stablecoin only), DeFi Active (Aave/Uniswap/Lido, medium limit), and Institutional (high limit, audit-heavy). How to test: Open /policy-templates — view the default templates and custom templates. Click Apply on one of the templates → select the target agent → confirm. The agent's policy is immediately overwritten with the template's rules. To save your own template: open /agents/:id → Policy tab → click Save as Template. The new template appears in /policy-templates with the label "Custom." $HMOD

The new analytics layer is designed to monitor autonomous agent behavior, including executed actions, task history, and performance metrics- giving users greater visibility into what their AI agents are doing. Phase 2 is complete. Aave v3, Lido, Rocket Pool, Uniswap v3 LP management, and cross-chain bridging are now live in the Hermod Console. Now, we move into Phase 3. The focus shifts from execution to autonomy. We’re building conditional triggers that enable agents to respond automatically to price movements, scheduled events, and onchain conditions—eliminating the need for manual execution at every step. We’re also introducing an agent-to-agent communication layer for coordinated multi-agent workflows, an institutional-grade REST API with webhook support, a policy marketplace for sharing and enforcing governance rules across teams, and an analytics dashboard that provides clear visibility into agent activity and performance. Just pushed a solid batch of changes to the Hermod repo. Added the full DeFi console route, sidebar nav, and mobile drawer all wired up. The AI assistant now detects DeFi intents and routes directly to the page instead of showing a dead-end "coming soon" state. Also cleaned up a React anti-pattern where setState was being called inside the render body; everything now runs through useEffect as it should.
