#TeamSISD students brought the energy to 270 track and field events from 10- and 25-meter walks to 400-meter runs, relays, and wheelchair races! Elementary and secondary sessions kicked off with a mini parade featuring students, staff, and volunteers, and ended with celebrations in the Fun Zone. Nonstop action, teamwork, and heart all the way from these incredible students!

Trustees honored administrators Candace Printz and Dr. Josey Pickett (not picture) for their outstanding achievements. Candace was named a 2026 Hall of Fame inductee by the El Paso Commission for Women and, along with Dr. Pickett, recognized as a 2026 Borderland Women in the Arts Change Maker. Their dedication to #TeamSISD and the arts has made a lasting impact on students and the community. Congratulations!
