Ohh my just had Whataburger for the first time and even with Crohn’s disease - I don’t care if i now flare up the next 5 days straight omggg it was soooooooo good!!!

@Whataburger On top of no ketchup, my order was not correct either. I asked for cheese and did not receive cheese! And there were no napkins in the bag. What is going on Whataburger? Customer service used to be much much better...
@Whataburger have you changed your policy recently on asking customers if they would like ketchup? The last several visits to your store, I have not received ketchup. I usually don't like ketchup and yours is the exception. It would be nice if your customer service improved.
