Stop doing everything yourself. Every hour spent on the wrong things is an hour stolen from the work only you can do. Outsource. Delegate. Protect your time like it's your most valuable asset, because it is. GM to everyone that says it back 🤍

The journey is not pretty. It’s going to be lonely. You’re going to lose friends. You’re going to get angry. You’re going to wonder if it’s worth it. But once you make it. You’ll thank God you didn’t quit.

you need to be banned from using ai. being able to control your sail in the storm makes you a good sailor being able to iterate your prompts when you don't get a satisfied result makes you a good ai prompt engineer. > iteration: refining a prompt over and over again till you get your desired results no, you don't need to rewrite the whole prompt but just change a few words. > six things you need to know to become better at refining ai prompts • imagine how your output should be and describe it using words, if you can't picture it you can't prompt it • if you feel something is off change it, don't settle for mid results as a creative • add a negative instruction like don't sound too professional, don't change the background colour [compulsory] • send an example of what you're trying to recreate as reference to get good structure, might be an image or a writeup. • if you keep getting generic outputs then your prompts are rigid, make it flexible by adding more description/details • once you get your satisfactory result, save it somewhere for future use if you're too lazy to iterate a prompt after this, you need to be cancelled. now do you do all these steps before now?

ERIC OF WEB 3@Eric_of_web3

One amazing afternoon, I was sitting in a cafeteria when a group of students walked in to grab something to eat. While they waited for their orders, I noticed one particular student using ChatGPT on her phone. She was visibly frustrated, Typing, Deleting, Retyping. As I watched, it became clear she was struggling to interact with it. After a few attempts, she turned to her friends and said something that stuck with me: "I have ideas in my head, but sometimes I don't know how to explain them to my AI. My prompts just give me bad results." That moment stuck with me. So in this thread, I'll break down 5 mistakes I noticed while she was using AI , and how you can avoid them Thread 🧵

You can't prove me wrong: Engagement pods are fake growth. You post something. 5 people immediately comment. None of them are your ICP None of them will ever buy You just boosted a post to... nobody that matters. Real growth = comments from people who have the problem you solve.

Reply partners are not ghostwriters. Most people confuse the two. Here's why it matters. A ghostwriter writes your content. A reply partner thinks with your brand in real time. Ghostwriters work ahead. Reply partners work in the moment… reading the room to know where their input is most welcome, sensing the energy so nothing is wasted, responding to what’s actually happening in your community right now. Ghostwriters need your voice. Reply partners need your psychology. To respond well for a founder, here’s what I must know: → Their most painful professional experiences → The opinions they hold that most people disagree with → The type of founder they respect most and why (the difference between who they honor and what they value) → The things that genuinely make them uncomfortable That’s not information a ghostwriter brief covers. That’s a different kind of relationship. Brands can survive without a ghostwriter. They cannot survive without a reply partner not if they want to build real connection. That’s the distinction. And that’s why I don’t compete with ghostwriters. This is why most high-quality posts fail to move an audience

My first dollar as a reply partner came 9 months into Web3. Here’s what was different that month. I stopped trying to look like I had results. I stopped playing a role … grinding hard without taking responsibility for results. I started showing the work. I documented exactly how I approached each client’s account… The SWOT analysis. The strength audit. The 3-category split. I posted about the thinking behind the strategy … not just the strategy itself. Beginners want steps. Only serious founders want reasoning. And people started noticing differently. Not: “This guy is posting about reply-guying.” But: “This guy actually thinks about this deeply… Plus “what else does he see that I’m missing?” That shift in perception changed everything. My first client didn’t hire me because of my follower count. They hired me because they could see how I thought. Your thinking is your portfolio. Show it. Hiding it makes you look replaceable. Long before you have results to show, show the thinking. That’s what builds trust, the kind that closes deals. Because… Trust comes from transparency, not secrecy.

My best DM never pitched. It diagnosed. - Named their exact gap. - Showed I'd done my research. - Made the problem feel obvious. That's what opens conversations.

Honest question!!! what are you still doing manually that you hate? Because I had a list. Turned most of it into agents. Type what you need 150,000+ people built custom apps on Taskade. Whatever you do on repeat... there's an agent for it → taskade.com/create

You've been grinding all week. Sending DMs. Building. Posting. But ask yourself: Are you making PROGRESS or just staying BUSY? There's a difference. It's easy to confuse motion with momentum. Before the week ends, audit your actions and make the necessary adjustments. GM

See? Turns out I’m not the only one who thinks I’m building things right. That’s the thing about brand perception You can feel like you’re doing it right. But the real confirmation comes from what people say when they’re just… talking. Not in a review or in a testimonial. But in random comments on random days That’s when you know it’s working. I’ve been getting so many comments like this and mentioned in the right conversations 🥹🥹 So, if you’re a Web3 founder and nobody’s saying this kind of thing about your account yet Dm me let’s fix it!!
