Had a chat earlier today (Sunday) with Deputy Speaker Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa, NRM National Vice Chairman Hajji Moses Kigongo, NRM Vice Chairman Eastern region Captain Mike Mukula and NRM Electoral Commission Chairman Dr.Tanga Odoi on the sidelines of the East Africa Secondary School Games in Bukedea district. We discussed various government programs including presence of UPDF around water bodies and it's effect on the fishing industry, further development of sports in the country among others. We also touched on the issue of government supporting UNCC (Uganda National Culture Centre) effort to construct a fully fledged National Theatre and I thank Rt.
